Firewood Updates

Pile of Firewood

Pile of Firewood

Here is the Friday update on the stacking of the firewood delivered Tuesday evening.  I had all good intentions to go out and stack the firewood on Thursday morning, however the weather had other plans and it was 22 degrees outside.  A good day to stay inside and work on my internet marketing.

I looked out the window and sure enough the pile of firewood was still there minus a little bit that was used on Wednesday and Thursday. I was so disappointed that the dream I had last night was about waking up and seeing all the firewood stacked up in place.  Darn it was just a dream.

Actually, the pile of firewood is getting smaller each time we take some into the fireplace to be burnt. The firewood is not going anywhere and it will have to wait for the temperature to warm up some more.  I’m so thankful that I can work from home.

This morning is was 19 degrees outside, so again I’m really enjoying looking at the pile of firewood from inside the warm house.  One of these days the firewood will be either stacked or burnt. It is another good day to stay inside and work on my blog.

Spike and Lucy

Meet some of my 4 legged friends, Spike and Lucy,  they are Italian Greyhounds. Great pets with unique personalities. Too funny at times.

With the cold weather the way it is I’ll just continue with my blog and take one day at a time and see if tomorrow it will be warm enough to go out and stack the firewood.

Unless the firewood grows legs and walks away, it’ll be there waiting to be stacked.  Stay warm wherever you are.
